The trick is the ensure the Igaware is on the same subnet as the hub, so it can then seen by the hub, allowing it to be selected from the drop down list (under DMZ).
Based on research online, I've connected the FVS318 into the WAN1 port of the modem, configured it to use the bthomehub@btbroadband.com username with no password and set its IP address to 192.168.1.254 but it is failing to connect to BT Infinity. When I replace it with the old HH3 unit, it connects immediately. Normal connection 16Mbps down, 0.8 Mbps up. VPN connection 5.9Mbps down, 0.8Mbps up. BT Infinity with standard modem and HH3 router . Normal connection 37Mbps down
