Every customer service from hotline or representative from Starhub outlet that I approach will get a different answer with the same question I asked, and makes me travel here and there. At last I reply on SMS about the service, and there is a customer service officer contact me on the next day but I was busy and ask to call me back in half an hour time but end up never call also.
